Meet the Chef Behind the Magic
Three generations of family recipes, passed down from our grandmother's kitchen in Naples to the heart of Jersey City. Every dish tells a story of love, tradition, and the finest ingredients.
We started in 1987 with a simple promise: serve honest food made from scratch, the way Nonna taught us. No shortcuts, no frozen anything, no compromises. That promise hasn't changed in 37 years, even as Jersey City has grown around us.
Every morning, our kitchen comes alive at 6 AM. Fresh pasta is rolled by hand. Sauces simmer for hours. Bread bakes in our stone oven. When you sit at our table, you become part of our family.
